Victory Community Centre (VCC) was conceived in 2009 by Brennan, a missionary and social worker, in response to increasing school dropout rates and limited access to education among vulnerable youth. Drawing on extensive experience working with marginalized communities, VCC began as a volunteer-led initiative providing educational support in Lautem and later Dili. The organization was formally registered as a non-profit in 2022, with a mission to empower underprivileged youth, children, and women through integrated education support, health services, agriculture, and life skills development. Today, VCC operates in Dili and reaches beneficiaries from multiple municipalities, guided by the conviction that education is a sustainable pathway to poverty reduction and inclusive national development.
